According to an external press release, Teleperformance in the UK is among the 183 UK-based organizations recognized by its employees as an organization that promotes a healthy workplace culture through trust, pride, and camaraderie during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rankings are determined through a thorough employee survey administered by Great Place to Work®, representing 3/4 of an organization’s final score. The remaining quarter of the score comes from the Culture Audit®, which is a business-driven questionnaire that assesses and evaluates companies based on these drivers: HR and leadership practices, policies, and culture.
